Upgrade Agreement with Dahabshiil Holding
Khartoum, Sudan, 24th of July 2016, FBS, Financial technology services provider since 2001 and market leader in Sudan for core banking systems (CBS), is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with DHG, the owner of East Africa Bank (EAB) in Djibouti and Dahabshiil International Bank (DIB) in Somaliland who are both current clients for FBS since 2008 and 2009 respectively, to support DHG by becoming its financial technology services provider for its future strategic growth of the business. The agreement provides a framework for DHG to deploy FBS’s CBS and other services in new established banks in new regions and countries.

At the same time FBS approach was flexible enough to take into account the specific characteristics of our business so that activities could be adjusted where needed to optimize examining the appropriate fit between our company and the new financial systems being evaluated. While managing the process, FBS’s staff displayed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.”
